The Association of AI Ethicists
- Compliance with Legal and Statutory Obligations: Members shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal and statutory obligations.
- Protection of Confidential Information: Members shall safeguard and protect confidential information of the association, its members and stakeholders.
- Good Faith and Consistency: Members shall act in good faith, and in accordance with the purpose, policies and principles of the association.
- Ethical Behavior: Members shall uphold high ethical standards and conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner.
- Inclusivity and Diversity: Members shall promote and enable all voices to be heard and valued, and ensure inclusivity and diversity within the association.
- Protection of Association’s Assets: Members shall protect the association’s assets, including its intellectual property, physical property, and financial resources.
- Constructive Engagement: Members shall engage constructively in the association’s activities and work collaboratively towards achieving its goals and objectives.
- Avoidance of Bribery and Corruption: Members shall avoid and prevent any form of bribery or corruption and conduct themselves with integrity and honesty.
- Dispute Resolution: Members shall escalate and resolve disputes in a timely and effective manner, and uphold agreed resolutions.
- Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Members shall declare any actual or potential conflicts of interest and manage them appropriately, to maintain the integrity and transparency of the association.
